Sim is an Artistic Director at Merluza Hair & Beauty with more than 40 years of professional experience. She specialises in precision cutting, blow drying and colour correction, and is known as an all-rounder who works confidently across both hairdressing and barbering.

Her passion is transformation. Sim particularly enjoys the work that takes a client from colour through to cut, planning the two together so the finished result is a genuine change of look rather than a trim and a tint.

Precision cutting is at the heart of what she does, building shapes that sit correctly on the day and grow out cleanly, tailored to your hair type, texture and how much time you realistically want to spend styling at home.
