Who It’s For
Ideal for fine to medium seeking fullness, and medium to coarse wanting smooth volume. Works on straight and wavy textures, and can be adapted for curls with diffused prep and larger sections. Suitable with extensions; we avoid anchor points and moderate heat. Great for interviews, nights out and content days when you want movement that lasts without stiffness.
Duration & Appointment Timing
Service time is 45 minutes. Arrive a few minutes early for a quick consult so we can focus the finish. Very long or very dense hair may require a timing upgrade; add-ons like hot-tool detailing can extend the slot. For events, book within 24 hours of call time for best longevity.
Aftercare & Maintenance
Sleep on a silk pillowcase or loosely clip the crown to preserve lift. Day two, mist roots lightly, restretch with a large round brush or set a few Velcro rollers while you get ready. Use dry shampoo at the root, a pea of serum on mids and ends, and avoid over-touching. In humidity, top up with a light anti-frizz spray. Rebook as needed for weekly polish or before key dates.

I arrived resembling Crystal Tips — and left with a sleek, shiny blow-dry that Jessica Rabbit would envy! I was welcomed by Zoe, who began with an initial consultation on my (type 4 coily) hair — I even wished her luck with the challenge! She talked me through the products used for the wash, conditioning, and heat protection — and the scent was absolutely divine. Zoe used a drying technique I’d never seen before, and I admit I was a little sceptical at first (using a nozzled dryer, combing with her hands instead of a brush for the initial dry). But I trusted her process, and she worked her magic, even sharing tips on how to achieve a smoother blow-dry at home. The result was incredible — I couldn’t believe how pin-straight my former frizz-bob became! A quick glide with the straighteners added a shine that lasted beautifully for several days.
