Works for all hair types. Choose smooth refinement, lifted body or soft waves. Curly and coily clients can opt for a diffused, defined pattern or a careful smooth finish.
Duration & Appointment Timing
Service duration is 60 minutes. Add 10 to 15 minutes if you request extra hot tool detailing or thick, very long hair. Arrive 5 minutes early to settle and review your brief. No patch test is required for this service. If you plan to add a toner or chemical service, a patch test is required at least 48 hours prior.
Aftercare & Maintenance
Keep hair protected from moisture for the first few hours. Sleep with a loose silk scrunchie or wrap to preserve shape. On day two, refresh roots with a light dry shampoo and revive mids and ends with a small amount of leave in or serum. Use heat protection for any touch ups. Rebook weekly, before key dates, or as part of your styling rhythm. Ask for the humidity shield top up if you are traveling or weather is unsettled.

I arrived resembling Crystal Tips — and left with a sleek, shiny blow-dry that Jessica Rabbit would envy! I was welcomed by Zoe, who began with an initial consultation on my (type 4 coily) hair — I even wished her luck with the challenge! She talked me through the products used for the wash, conditioning, and heat protection — and the scent was absolutely divine. Zoe used a drying technique I’d never seen before, and I admit I was a little sceptical at first (using a nozzled dryer, combing with her hands instead of a brush for the initial dry). But I trusted her process, and she worked her magic, even sharing tips on how to achieve a smoother blow-dry at home. The result was incredible — I couldn’t believe how pin-straight my former frizz-bob became! A quick glide with the straighteners added a shine that lasted beautifully for several days.
