Duration & Appointment Timing
Allow around 2.5 to 4 hours depending on hair length, thickness and the finish you choose. First time highlights or larger changes may take longer or need more than one visit.
If you have previous box dye, a recent tint, or extensions, mention it when booking. Sharing a quick hair history and current photos helps allocate the right time.
Aftercare & Maintenance
Wait 48 hours before your first shampoo, then use sulphate free products for colour treated hair. Use a purple shampoo once a week to keep brassiness in check and apply a hydrating mask regularly.
Always use heat protection and lower heat settings when styling. Protect hair from sun and chlorine to keep the tone clear.
Plan highlight refreshes every 8 to 12 weeks, with a toner top up at 4 to 6 weeks to keep the blend seamless and the shine high.
