Valerie Rome, founder and director, of Merluza has an extensive background in the hairdressing industry, including her time at Wella as an educator and manager for over 15 years and considerable exposure to many of Britain and EU top stylists throughout her work over the years.

It was her passion to bring her experience and expertise together to form an independent salon and spa with innovative stylists and exceptional beauty therapists. To develop a creative, artistic hair and beauty team with a combined expertise in precise artistic cutting, expert bespoke colour services, all professional beauty and spa services and skin specialisation.

The key to Merluza’s 25 years of success has always been customer service, something all members of the team are trained extensively in. All services provided within the salon, be it from a consultation to a facial to a hair colour change are bespoke tailor made services to suit the needs of the individual client.
