Zoe and James did an excellent job styling her hair and wouldn’t let her leave until she was 100 percent happy. They truly went the extra mile. Perhaps the greatest hero of the day was Maria who drove across Birmingham to do make up for my daughter when we were let down last minute elsewhere. She was kind, calm and patient, producing excellent results to fit our brief of a natural look. Maria also did beautiful nails the previous day. The result was a very happy girl looking a million dollars on her special night. I can’t thank the manager enough. She made both us feel so much better in a stressful situation.
