In order to deliver quality service we believe that we can never stop learning at Merluza, that education is key to providing the correct service, tailored to suit our clientele therefore we invest heavily in team training, often taking time out to develop and learn new techniques and attend workshops so we can provide the highest quality service for our clientele. All the members of Team Merluza are retrained when entering the salon so as to meet only the highest standards.
Our clients are, of course, our priority; as such we like to thank them and show our gratitude by reguarly holding open evenings to show them the latest trends and allow them a taster of all the services available at Merluza, we often have raffles and prizes to be won which include various retail items from beauty products to hair straighteners.
